All Children are Artists…

Well Christmas Eve is here…
DaVinci has the stomach bug so he is at home with his Nana while I finish up somethings at work this morning.
Yesterday I left work at about 9am and went and picked DaVinc up because he was throwing up 🙁 
Luckily I think it’s just a little bug because he didn’t get sick at all after we left daycare.
We had a creative sick day yesterday. 
While DaVinci was resting I worked on some lovely Santa letters that needed to go out in the mail yesterday (Which they did!!) Of course then DaVinci wanted to join in. He is such a sweetie. 
Wants to be just like mommy so here are some photos of what we created yesterday!

Twinkle lights…

I have always loved Christmas. 
The snow, Santa, going to church on a wintery Christmas Eve night.
 Everything about the end of December excites me. 
Now that I have my little DaVinci, it’s even better.
He watched The Grinch and Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer the other day and loved them!
He is so full of life I smile every time I think about him.
I didn’t go crazy with gifts for him this year, I feel sense he is only two we can enjoy Christmas being Christmas a little bit longer.

These bulbs are from the local thrift store! I found a bag of three different strings on lights, with replacement bulbs for $5! DaVinci was worried about the one bulb that was burnt out!
We switched it and he was supper excited to say “cheese” so I could snap a few holiday photos.
