Currently what is happening around here…
I spent this weekend at some Vintage Shops in Carver, MN and I am planning a travel guide for the Twin Cities soon! It will be filled with all the information you need to find the greatest destinations for fashion, vintage and art!
DaVinci is talking A LOT! Every word I say he repeats and puts into a short two or three word sentence.
I had an awesome consult with Whitney from Whit Speaks and she gave me some great tips to updating my website!
I finally figured out how I will display my prints at Coco Avenue so stay tuned. I’m hoping to have them available March 1st.
I figured out I graduate this Spring! Yay!!!
My art studio is under a major makeover and I will be sharing that as soon as I’m finished.
I’m taking a Surface Design course over at SkillShare that I’m so excited about.
Life doesn’t slow down but it is always an adventure.
What have you all been up to lately?

DIY: Iced Coffee at Home

2 / 16 / 157 / 20 / 15
 I looooove iced coffee!
One of my friends shared with me the simple way to make Iced Coffee.
This can be done from the comfort of your own home and I am sharing it with all of you.

DIY: ICED COFFEE

You’ll Need:

Glass Jar of some sort (I used a 1L jar from TJ Maxx)

Coffee Grounds
Filter
Water
Refrigerator 😉

Step 1:

Measure out your coffee grounds and water. I’ve made this a few times so I know how strong I like my coffee.
1/2 cup coffee grounds = 4 cups water
If you try this amount and think it’s too strong add more water.
If you like your coffee really black add more coffee grounds. It’s all trial and error.

Step 2:

Refrigerate overnight.

Step 3:

The next morning strain out the coffee grounds. I have done this with many different filters.
Just make sure your filter has small holes so that the coffee grounds don’t go through.
I strain mine twice just to make sure that my coffee is smooth and fresh!

There you have it! Simple as that.
I then store my coffee in the refrigerator. I drink coffee like a fish so it doesn’t every stay in there longer than a week
but I read somewhere cold brewed coffee lasts a while in the fridge!
I  enjoy mine over ice and add cream.

Hope you enjoy!
xoxo
